Stop trying to use Schrodinger's Cat to prove anything about quantum mechanics or reality

A cat cannot be simultaneously both dead and alive. It simply cannot happen. The entire point of the analogy was to demonstrate how ridiculous the idea of something being in two states at once. Stop trying to use an argument ad absurdum to actually argue what's true. Not knowing what state it is in is not the same as it being in two different states.
